P alata is dropping his flowerbulbs

Any idea how this is possible?
I always have these problems with plants wich grow very good, but
having flowerproblems.
It is catching alot of sun, and is growing fast. I keep the soil moist
and i give it fertilizer: 5-14-13 (n-p-k)
Any idea what the solution will be?
